Manoj Rawat

(Hatha Yoga, Alignment & Adjustment)

ManojRawat is engaged in the beauty of yoga since childhood. His grandfather encouraged him towards the path of Karma Yoga and later, Manoj explored the depth of Bhakti Yoga & Karma Yoga and take them in his journey further. He believed that the spiritual and yogic vibes of Rishikesh attract him the most towards the wonderful path of yoga. He then takes his yogic journey to the further next level and starts teaching & so sharing the glory of yoga.
Manoj developed his practice learning and living amongst communities of Swamis and Yogis. At Swargashram, Sivananda Ashram and Jai Ram Ashram in Rishikesh; he grew his knowledge & understanding of traditional yoga. Moreover, he is a certified yoga teacher from the prestigious Bihar School of Yoga.

Rohy

(Yoga Anatomy &Asanas Psychology)

Rohy is spiritual enough since his birth as he was born in an Ashram. The life of ashram is certainly very systemic & pure. There is a fixed routine to follow which includes spiritual activities such as daily pooja ceremony. As taking birth in Rishikesh; he has a deep connection & interest with yoga since childhood. Rohy's father has also grown up in an ashram and still has been servicing there. He got most of the knowledge of Hindu religion, VedPuran, Gita, Yagya, Pooja, Mantra and so on from his father.

Rohy stepped into the world of yoga after the completion of his study and has been sharing his knowledge of yoga worldwide by teaching in India & China.

Surya Batra

(Hatha Yoga, Alignment & Adjustment)

Surya is certified yoga teacher. Belongs to traditional spiritual family, he is guided and trained under expert and traditional yogis. He has completed his 200 hur teacher training course, covering all the elements of yogic science. He has been teaching Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga since 2 year after his RYT200 certification.

His students love him for his perfection in correction the posture while considering their body limits and safety . An encouraging yoga teacher , he hold a deep understanding of teaching asana classes with mindful integration of meditation, breathing techniques, and mantra.
